Event Description

In this short meditation session, we’ll take a few minutes to fully relax our bodies … and bring some calm(er) space to our minds, too. You don’t need any experience with meditation or visualization; no special clothes or materials are needed. Afterwards, you’ll feel more focused and ready to take on your to-do list!
